Method:

1. Dissolve hydroxy ethyl cellulose in water.
2. Add AMP-95, adjust pH at 5,00-5,50.
3. Combine Phase 2 ingredients, Mix until uniform.
4. Add phase 2 to phase 1 while mixing.
5. Combine ingredients in phase 3.
6. Add Phase 3 to phase (1+2), Homogenize.
7. Add phase 4.
